The Physiology Lab workshops are designed to offer evidence-based insights into the fundamental physiology of the nervous system and the mechanics of the stress response. Our objective is to deliver educational content and practical tools through interactive workshops, empowering participants to optimise their training efficiency, modulate their stress responses, and elevate their performance effectively.
School Workshops
The Physiology First workshops aim to educate students on fundamental physiology, the stress response, and equip them with practical skills to manage their stress effectively. We advocate for universal understanding of body function and empower students with the tools to take control of their health.The workshops feature evidence-based presentations, interactive educational exercises, and engaging games designed to teach children practical strategies for everyday life application. We believe every student should know how their body works and be able to manage their own health effectively. All students will go home with a head full of information, take home exercises and a new outlook on their own health.

Our goal is to provide accessible information and education to all, real time tools and applicable exercises and strategies to implement in every day life. Support isn't always easy to access these days, so information and understanding of your own body can be a great tool to take back autonomy.
