Your students are dealing with more pressure
than their body knows how to handle.

Most wellbeing programs address how students think and feel about stress.

Kim teaches them what their body is actually doing and gives them the physical tools to change it.

It's the layer that's often missing and the one that gives students something they can actually do when the pressure hits.

Young Australians are currently experiencing high or very high levels of psychological distress.

Real tools.
Real outcomes.

A program your students actually engage with.

A credentialed clinician delivering evidence-based content, grounded in the globally recognised Oxygen Advantage methodology.

Something you can present to parents and the board with confidence.

Teachers leave with practical tools they can use in their classrooms, not just knowledge about student wellbeing, but something they can actually do on Monday morning.

And a school that's doing something genuinely different to support their students' wellbeing.

PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE

FOUNDATION

The perfect starting point for your whole year level.

A single session delivered to one whole year level - up to 120 students.

In 60 to 90 minutes, students learn exactly what happens in their body under pressure and leave with practical tools they can use immediately; in the exam room, in the classroom, or in any high-pressure moment.

This session is the foundation in understanding how the body responds to pressure; the science, the physical tools, and the framework that everything else builds on.

What's included:

  • One foundation workshop up to 120 students

  • 60 - 90 minutes

  • The physiology of the stress response

  • Breathwork and regulation techniques for students

  • Post-workshop resource sheet for students to take home

  • Follow-up summary email with what was covered and recommended next steps

FULL PROGRAM

Give your students the full toolkit.

A complete term-long program that goes beyond a one-off session. Students don't just learn about the stress response, they practise the physical tools in small groups until they actually have them.

The foundation workshop introduces the science to the whole cohort. Small group follow-up sessions are where the real skill-building happens. Every student completes at least one small group session across the term.

What's included:

  • The Foundation workshop - Whole year level

  • Small group skill sessions - maximum 30 students, 45 minutes each

  • Multiple sessions run across the cohort until every student has completed one

  • Student resource pack: Practical take-home tools and exercises

  • Staff reference guide: How to support a student in the moment

  • End of program summary report: What was covered, what students learned and recommended next steps

  • One follow-up check-in call at the six-week mark

ANNUAL PARTNERSHIP

Make this part of how your school operates.

For schools that want Kim as their ongoing physiology and performance expert, not just a one-off provider. The partnership delivers a full program cycle to a new year level each term, returns to previous cohorts for refresher sessions, and makes Kim available to your wellbeing team throughout the year.

This is the option for schools that want to build physiological performance education into their ongoing wellbeing curriculum and have something concrete to present to parents and the board year after year.

What's included:

  • Four full program cycles; one per term, across different year levels

  • Annual all-staff professional development session

  • Two parent evenings per year

  • Monthly check-in call with your wellbeing coordinator

  • Priority booking for exam period intensive sessions

  • Annual program report: What was delivered, student feedback, and recommended focus areas for the following year

Frequently
asked questions.

How does Kim tailor the program to our students specifically?

Every program starts with a discovery call where Kim gets to understand your school, your cohort, and what your students are dealing with.

The language, the examples, and the focus areas are all adapted from there.

A Year 12 cohort in the lead-up to VCE exams gets a different session to a Year 9 cohort working on general stress management.
